Sojourn Montrose is committed to planting churches that plant churches. Here is the story of Sojourn’s journey to that end.
Sojourn Montrose Planted in 2013
In 2013, Sojourn Montrose was planted by Sojourn Heights, our mother church. Sojourn Heights was planted in 2010.
Together, Sojourn Montrose and Sojourn Heights continued to plant churches. In 2015, Taylor and Robin Ince planted the next Sojourn Congregation, Sojourn Galleria in Houston’s diverse and busy Galleria neighborhood.
In 2016, the Sojourn Family added Tony and Ruthie Villatoro as the fourth Sojourn Church. They planted in Spring Branch, a neighborhood exploding with growth and diversity.
In February of 2019, Sojourn Montrose planted the fifth Sojourn congregation in Urban Houston. Carlos and Chelsea Rebollar planted in the East End, a historic and cultural rich neighborhood quickly becoming the artistic epicenter of Houston.
Paul and Lindsay Ramsay are currently laboring and building a core team to plant Sojourn Braeswood in 2020, Sojourn’s sixth Houston Congregation. Do you live in the neighborhood of Braeswood? Contact Paul Ramsay for more information.
